  Day - 3 SAVE ENERGY Aim To create awareness among students about the importance of conserving electrical energy and adopting energy-efficient practices for a sustainable future. Students were educated about the importance of electrical energy conservation and its role in protecting the environment. They were encouraged to switch off lights, fans, computers and other electrical appliances whenever they were not in use. The programme highlighted the importance of using LED bulbs, energy-efficient appliances, natural lighting and ventilation. Students were also encouraged to promote solar energy and spread awareness about electricity conservation among their families and communities.

Day-2  SAVE WATER Aim To create awareness among students and the community about the importance of water conservation and the need for sustainable use of water resources. As part of the BRICS Sustainable Lifestyle Week 2026, a Save Water awareness programme was organised. Students were educated about the importance of conserving water through responsible daily practices. The participants discussed simple measures such as closing taps after use, repairing leaking taps, reusing water wherever possible, adopting rainwater harvesting methods and protecting local water bodies. Students also took a pledge to conserve water and spread awareness among their families and communities.
