  COMMERCE DAY CELEBRATIONS 2026 Brief Report As per the instructions of our Principal Dr.K.Vijaya Babu sir and in accordance with the Academic Calendar,The Department of Commerce, Government Degree College, Kamavarapukota, celebrated "Commerce Day 2026" on 03 August 2026 in the Commerce Lab. HAR GHAR TIRANGA -2026

                  Har Ghar Tiranga - 2026 Date : 13- 08-2026 Report :  As per the instructions of the College Principal Dr.K.Vijay Babu sir  and in accordance with the academic calendar On 13th August 2026, the NSS Unit  Collaboration with Political Science Department of Government Degree College, Kamavarapukota organized the Har Ghar Tiranga programme on the college premises.   Report on Income Tax Day 2026 As per the instructions of our Principal Dr.K.Vijaya Babu sir and in accordance with the Academic Calendar, The Department of Commerce, Government Degree College, Kamavarapukota, are organized an Orientation Program on "Income Tax Day 2026" at 3 PM in the Digital Classroom under the chairmanship of I/C Principal Dr. M. Madhu sir and IQAC Coordinator Dr. G. Srinivasa Rao sir. The program aimed to create awareness among students about importance of income tax, tax compliance, slabs, and the role of taxpayers in the economic development of the nation. Smt S.   SASA Programme As per the instructions of our Principal Dr.K.Vijaya Babu sir and in accordance with the Academic Calendar Government Degree College, Kamavarapukota, organized the Swarna Andhra – Swachha Andhra (SASA) programme on the occasion of the Third Saturday of July. The programme was conducted under the guidance of Dr. M. Madhu, In-charge Principal, and coordinated by Dr. G. Srinivasa Rao, SASA Coordinator. Faculty members, non-teaching staff, and students actively participated in the cleanliness drive. As part of the programme, the participants cleaned classrooms, laboratories, the college campus, and its surroundings. Awareness was created on waste segregation, plastic-free practices, environmental protection, and personal hygiene.   Report on Staff Meeting A staff meeting for the Academic Year 2026–2027 was conducted on 10 July 2026 under the chairmanship of Dr. K. Vijaya Babu, Principal, at Government Degree College, Kamavarapukota. The meeting was attended by Dr. M. Madhu, Vice Principal, Dr. G.
