College Assembly was conducted on 26-06-2025 at 4:00pm under the chairmanship of principal Dr.K.Vijaya Babu.

Principal’s Message

On the occasion of International Day against Drug Abuse & Illicit Trafficking, principal Dr.K.Vijaya Babu addressed the students how drug addiction affects a person’s brain, health and development. A pledge on International Day against Drug Abuse & Illicit Trafficking was taken by the principal along with all the students and the faculty saying “ Say No To Drugs”.

College Assembly was concluded with pledging College Pledge and reciting Janaganamana.

Today, as per the academic calendar, the NSS Unit of Government Degree College, Kamavarapukota organized a program on the occasion of International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.

The event was presided over by the College Principal Dr. K. Vijay Babu, who addressed the students, advising the youth to stay away from intoxicating substances and to build a bright and successful future.

Dr. G. Srinivasa Rao, NSS Coordinator, explained the harmful consequences of drug usage on society.

Later, faculty and students together participated in an awareness rally and took a pledge against drug use.

The program was attended by Principal Dr. K. Vijay Babu, Vice Principal Mr. M. Malleswara Rao, NSS Coordinator Dr. G. Srinivasa Rao, faculty members M. Usha Rani, Dharavathu Mallesh, P. Edakondalu, M. Vijaya Krishna, office staff, and students.
