3. Promote awareness of social issues through poetry, as reflected in Sri Sri’s works like "Maha Prasthanam".

4. Celebrate Telugu literature and culture, emphasizing its role in social change.

5. Encourage youth and writers to use poetry as a tool for expression, reform, and resistance.

Objectives of Sri Sri Jayanthi:

1. To honour and remember Sri Sri’s contribution to Telugu literature and progressive poetry.

2. To spread awareness about social issues like inequality, poverty, and injustice through his revolutionary works.

3. To inspire youth and poets to adopt socially relevant themes in their writing.

4. To promote progressive and humanistic values that Sri Sri championed in his poetry.
