  Freshers’ Day Celebrations 2025 Date: 25-09-2025 Venue: College Campus The Freshers’ Day celebrations were held in the college on 25th October 2025 in a grand and joyful manner. The second- and third-year students of B.A., B.Com., and B.Sc. extended a warm welcome to the newly admitted students of this academic year. The program was presided over by the Principal, Dr. K. Vijaya babu, who, in his presidential address, highlighted the distinctiveness of the college and the academic progress achieved by the students. He also motivated the students to pursue their education with discipline and strive hard to achieve their goals. The Chief Guest of the occasion, Mr. G.   NSS Day Celebrations 2025 Date:   24-09-2025 Venue: College Campus As per the instructions of the Principal, Dr. K. Vijaya babu , and in accordance with the Academic Calendar, the college grandly celebrated “NSS Day” today. The program was presided over by the In-charge Principal, Mr. M. Malleswara Rao , who, in his address, emphasized that all students should cultivate a spirit of social service. Later, the NSS Programme Officer, Dr. G. Srinivasa Rao , explained the origin, aims, objectives, and responsibilities of the National Service Scheme (NSS). He also highlighted the various activities that volunteers are expected to undertake and advised the students to develop leadership qualities .  " Digital Yugamlo Telugu Sahityam – Sanketikata: Online Patrikalu" . An International Seminar on "Telugu Sahityam – Sanketikata" was organized at CSTS College, Jangareddygudem on 19-09-2025. Scholars, academicians, and students from various colleges participated in this academic event and shared their insights on the emerging trends in Telugu literature and its association with technology. On this occasion, Dr. G. Srinivasa Rao, Lecturer in Telugu, Government Degree College, Kamavarapukota, actively participated and presented a scholarly paper titled " Digital Yugamlo Telugu Sahityam – Sanketikata: Online Patrikalu" .   TEACHERS DAY CELEBRATIONS 2025 As per the instructions of the college Principal Dr.K.Vijaya Babu and in accordance with the academic calendar Teachers’ Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Government Degree College, Kamavarapukota on 5th September 2025 in the Seminar Hall. The programme was organized under the guidance of the NSS Unit of the college. The function was presided over by Sri M. Malleswara Rao, In-charge Principal, who highlighted the significance of Teachers’ Day and paid rich tributes to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the great teacher, philosopher, and former President of India.
