World Mental Health Day”

As per the instructions of Dr. K. Vijaya Babu, Principal of Kamaravapukota Government Degree College, and according to the college’s academic calendar, the Department of Zoology organized a program on “World Mental Health Day” today. Presiding over the program, the college in-charge Principal, Mr. M. Malleswara Rao, emphasized the importance of overcoming mental stress through exercise, proper sleep, meditation, and a balanced diet. Subsequently, Zoology Department lecturer Mr. B. Raju spoke about the significance of mental health. In this program, In-charge Principal M. Malleshwara Rao, IQAC Coordinator Dr. G. Srinivasa Rao, faculty members M. Usharani, K. Indira Kumari, Dharavathu Mallesh, B. Raju, non-teaching staff, and students participated.
