 World Aids Day Organized By NSS Unit & RRC


Activity : World AIDS Day

 As per the Instructions of the Principal Dr.K.Vijaya babu, and in accordance with the Academic Calendar, on the occasion of World AIDS Day, awareness programmes were jointly organized by the NSS Unit and Red Ribbon Club of our college under the guidance of Sri M. Malleswara Rao, Incharge Principal, and Dr. G. Srinivasa Rao, NSS Programme Officer.

As part of the programme, a Poster Presentation Competition was conducted to promote awareness on HIV/AIDS, its prevention, and the need to eliminate stigma in society.

First Prize: Sk. Y. Sulthana, & Sweety

Second Prize: K. Baby & Hymavathi 

Following the competition, the students and staff actively participated in a Rally and Human Chain Formation. Participants held placards and chanted awareness slogans, spreading the message of “Awareness, Prevention and Equality” among the community.

The event aimed to educate students and the public about safe practices, compassion, and support for people living with HIV/AIDS. The programmes were conducted successfully with enthusiastic involvement from staff and students.
