Aim
To facilitate peer-to-peer learning and teaching, promoting active engagement, critical thinking, and effective communication among students.
Objectives
1. To develop teaching and communication skills : Students will learn to articulate complex concepts, design engaging lesson plans, and deliver effective presentations.
2. To reinforce subject matter understanding: Through teaching others, students will solidify their own knowledge and comprehension of the subject matter.
3. To foster collaboration and teamwork: Students will work in pairs or small groups, promoting mutual support, feedback, and learning.
Brief Report:
As per the instructions of our principal Dr. K.Vijaya Babu and as a part of curriculum Department of Chemistry organised Peer teaching activity for all IBSC Students on 05-03-2025;06-03-2025 .All IBSC Students were participated and gave a seminar from their syllabus topic.
Outcomes
1. Improved communication skills: Students demonstrate effective communication skills, articulating complex concepts clearly and confidently.
2. Increased confidence: Students show increased confidence in their ability to teach and communicate complex ideas.
3. Enhanced teamwork and collaboration: Students work effectively in pairs or small groups, demonstrating mutual respect, support, and feedback.
4. Deeper understanding of subject matter: Students demonstrate a deeper understanding of the subject matter, having taught it to their peers.
5.Development of critical thinking skills: Students develop critical thinking skills, analyzing and evaluating complex concepts and ideas.
