Aims

1. To provide a platform for students, faculty, and staff to voice their grievances and concerns.

2. To Ensure Fair and Impartial Investigation: To ensure that all complaints are investigated fairly and impartially.

3. To Promote a Culture of Transparency and Accountability: To promote a culture of transparency and accountability within the institution.


Objectives:

1.To receive and investigate complaints from students, faculty, and staff regarding any grievances or concerns.

2. To provide guidance and support to complainants throughout the complaint resolution process.

3. To ensure that all complaints are treated confidentially and anonymously.

4. To take disciplinary action against individuals found guilty of misconduct or wrongdoing.

5. To review and recommend policy changes to prevent similar complaints from arising in the future.

Outcomes:

1.Timely resolution of complaints, reducing the time taken to resolve grievances.

2. Increased trust and confidence among students, faculty, and staff in the complaint resolution process.

3.Reduced stress and anxiety among complainants, knowing that their grievances are being addressed.

4.A culture of accountability, where individuals are held responsible for their actions, and a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct.

5. Improved policies and procedures, informed by the insights gained from the complaint resolution process.

6.Increased student satisfaction, as students feel that their voices are heard, and their grievances are addressed.
