       Parent–Teachers Meeting was organized at Government Degree College, Kamavarapukota  on 13 March 2026 to strengthen the relationship between parents, teachers, and students and to discuss students’ academic progress and overall development.

The meeting was conducted under the chairmanship of Dr. K. Vijaya Babu, Principal of the college. The program began with a welcome address by the faculty members, who warmly received the parents and explained the purpose of the meeting. Teaching staff from various departments participated and interacted with the parents regarding students’ attendance, academic performance, discipline, and participation in co-curricular activities.

During the meeting, parents shared their views and concerns about their children’s education and development. The faculty members provided suggestions on how parents can support their children in improving study habits, regular attendance, and career planning. The importance of maintaining close communication between parents and teachers was also emphasized.

Students also participated in the meeting and expressed their gratitude to the faculty and parents for their continuous support and guidance. The interaction created a positive environment for discussing ways to improve the academic standards and personal growth of the students.

In his presidential address, Dr. K. Vijaya Babu highlighted the importance of parental involvement in higher education. He encouraged parents to regularly monitor their children’s academic activities and cooperate with the college in shaping students into responsible citizens.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by a faculty member, expressing gratitude to the chairperson, parents, staff, and students for their active participation and cooperation in making the program successful.
