 Awareness on Marginal Costing 

As per the instructions of our Principal Dr.K.Vijaya Babu sir and in accordance with the Academic Calendar, the Department of Economics & Commerce, Government Degree College, Kamavarapukota, are jointly organized an Orientation Program on "Marginal Costing" at 3 PM in the Digital Classroom under the chairmanship of I/C Principal Sri M. Malleswara Rao sir. The program aimed to provide students with basic knowledge about marginal costing and it's importance in managerial decision - making.

Ms. K. Indira Kumari, Lec in Economics & Mr. M. Vijaya Krishna, Lec in Commerce are explained important topics such as Fixed cost, Variable cost, Contribution, MoS, BEP Analysis, and profit planning. Students actively participated in the session and clarified their doubts regarding cost concepts and break-even analysis.

 Outcomes 

1. Students gained a clear understanding of marginal costing concepts.

2. Improved knowledge about cost behavior and profit planning.

3. Helped students to improve their understanding of cost accounting techniques.

The Department of Economics & Commerce was successfully conducted the program with our staff and actively participation of students.
