COMMERCE DAY CELEBRATIONS 2026

Brief Report

As per the instructions of our Principal Dr.K.Vijaya Babu sir and in accordance with the Academic Calendar,The Department of Commerce, Government Degree College, Kamavarapukota, celebrated "Commerce Day 2026" on 03 August 2026 in the Commerce Lab. The programme was conducted under the guidance of Dr. M. Madhu, In-Charge Principal, and Dr. G. Srinivasa Rao, IQAC Coordinator.

Smt S. Susyalatha, Lecturer in Commerce & Mr. M. Vijaya Krishna, Lecturer in Commerce, to create awareness among students about the importance of commerce education, entrepreneurship, business ethics, financial literacy, and career opportunities in the field of commerce. Students enthusiastically participated in the programme and delivered informative speeches on various commerce-related topics, highlighting the role of commerce in economic development and nation-building.

1. Dr. M. Madhu, In-Charge Principal, appreciated the students for their active participation and encouraged them to strengthen their knowledge and communication skills.

2. Dr. G. Srinivasa Rao, IQAC Coordinator, motivated the students to participate regularly in academic activities that enhance their confidence and professional competence.

3. Participation Certificates were also distributed to all participating students by Dr. M. Madhu, In-Charge Principal, and Dr. G. Srinivasa Rao, IQAC Coordinator, acknowledging their enthusiastic involvement in the celebration.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the I/C Principal, IQAC Coordinator, faculty members, and students for making Commerce Day 2026 a grand success.
