             Teachers’ Day Celebrations -2026


Aim:

To commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan and to recognize the valuable contribution of teachers in shaping students’ academic, personal, and social development.

Objectives

1. To express gratitude and respect towards teachers for their dedication and service.

2. To create awareness among students about the values and responsibilities of the teaching profession.

3. To inspire students to follow the values and ideals of Dr. S. Radhakrishnan.

Brief Report: 

As per the Instructions of the Principal Dr.K.Vijaya Babu sir and in accordance with the Academic Calendar, The Teacher's day celebrations to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan were organized by the Students Under the Guidance of the In-charge Principal Dr.M.Madhu at the college. The In-charge Principal of the college, Dr.M.Madhu who presided over the program, garlanded the portrait of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan and paid tribute. Later, the In-charge Principal Dr.M.Madhu  gave a speech and praised the Services of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan for his valuable services to our country as the first Vice President and President. All the students felicitated the Incharge Principal and Lecturers together. In-charge Principal Dr.M.Madhu, IQAC Co Ordinator Dr.G Sreenivasa Rao, Faculty members S.Susyalatha, Dharavathu Malleswara Rao, M Vijaya krishna , P Kalpana , and students participated in this celebration.

Outcomes:

1. Students developed greater respect and appreciation for their teachers.

2. Students understood the significant role of teachers in society and nation-building.

3. Students became more aware of the life and contributions of Dr. S. Radhakrishnan.
