1.To raise awareness about the importance of chemical disaster prevention.

2.To promote a culture of safety and responsibility among individuals and organizations handling chemicals

3.To encourage the adoption of best practices and technologies for chemical safety.

Objectives:

1.To educate the public about the risks and consequences of chemical disasters.

2.To promote the use of safe and sustainable chemical practices.

3.To encourage the development and implementation of emergency response plans.

Brief Report

Department of Chemistry organized Poster Presentation on Chemical disaster prevention day in our college under the chairmanship of our college InCharge principal M. Malleswara Rao. Our IQAC Coordinator Dr G. Srinivasa Rao, and all the staff and students are participated in this program. We are invited near high school students to attend this program, they are attended this program and learn how prevent Chemical disasters, etc. with ppt and poster presentation by our students.

Outcomes:

1.Increased awareness and understanding of chemical disaster risks and prevention strategies

2.Improved adoption of safe and sustainable chemical practices among industries and communities.

3.Enhanced emergency preparedness and response capabilities.
