AIM: -

  •  Educating students about Tanguturi Prakasam Pantulu role in India’s independence, his leadership, and his efforts in forming Andhra State
  • Motivating students to engage in nation-building activities and community service.


Learning Objectives: -

  • To raise awareness about Tanguturi Prakasam’s contributions to India’s freedom struggle and his role in Andhra Pradesh formation
  • To encourage students to adopt leadership qualities and stand for truth and justice, as Prakasam Panthulu did.
  • To foster patriotism and National pride in student.  

Brief report: -

  •  The birth anniversary of Andhra Kesari Sri Tanguturi Prakasam Pantulu was organized by the Political Science Department under the leadership of the In-charge Principal M Malleswara Rao at the college. The In-charge Principal of the college, M Malleswara Rao, who presided over the program, garlanded the portrait of Prakasam Pantulu and paid tribute. Later, In-charge Principal M Malleswara Rao, in his speech, praised the great services rendered by Prakasam Pantulu as a freedom fighter and the first Chief Minister of Andhra State. Later, Department of Political Science Lecturer D. Malleswara Rao said that the life of Prakasam Pantulu is an inspiration to everyone. In-charge Principal M Malleswara Rao, faculty members M Usharani, K Indira Kumari, Dharavathu Malleswara Rao, P Yedukondalu, Vijay Krishna, students participated in this event.

Out comes: -

  • Motivates students to engage in community service and social wor
  • Promotes historical awareness and appreciation for Andhra Pradesh’s rich political and cultural heritage.
