NATIONAL YOUTH DAY

Aims & Objectives

   1.  Raising Awareness

    •Educating the students on historical events and their significance.

   2. Promoting social action and change

    •Inspiring students to adopt positive behaviors and practices.

   3.  Educational Value:

    • Inspiring future generations to become active citizens.

    4. Commemoration and recognition:

     • Paying tribute to influential figures and historical events.

  Outcomes

     • (Celebrating important days) provides an opportunity to learn about significant           figures and historical events.

     • By commemorating traditions and customs, cultural heritage can be preserved and promoted.

     • Celebrating important days can instill values like patriotism, equality and environmental responsibility.

            Dept of English celebrated the National Youth Day on 12-01-2025 under the chairmanship of IC Principal Sri M.Malleswara Rao, in commemoration of the great spiritual leader, philosopher and thinker Swami Vivekananda. National Youth Day involves youth activities like speeches, seminars, promoting his teachings among India's youth. Elocution competition on “The significance of National Youth Day was conducted during the occasion.
